this picture shows Edgar Ellen Poe to be one with the cat. i really think this is one of the best posters available for this short story. when i look at this poster, i could easily link it to the story. maybe it talks about the relationship the main character had or has with his cat, Pluto. The whole story revolves around the main charater and the black cat. Every event that took place in this story also involves how the narrator felt about the cat. And since the narraton is not named in this story, it is easy to assume or even imagine Edgar himself to be the narrator.
This poster looks very interesting to me bacause you can clearly say that it is not of this era. And to see the poster in a different point of view ( of the older generation) is also gaining a different perspective of the story. 
Edgar Ellen Poe!!! i like this picture because he actually looks nice in this. Haha :P
